Michaella Pillakouri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a dual Master’s degree in International Commercial and Maritime Law from Swansea University in Wales. She has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2016 and, as of January 2025 serves on the Board of Directors of the recently inaugurated the Cyprus-Uzbekistan Business Association. As of April 2025 she has further been appointed at the Board of Directors of the Cyprus International Business Association and is the Chairwoman of the Legal Committee.
Michaella brings a diverse legal background, combining litigation experience before the Courts with in-house advisory roles for international corporate groups. This unique blend allows her to offer both strategic legal counsel and practical dispute resolution support.
With a strong foundation in commercial, corporate, employment, and gaming law, Michaella founded Enalian Consulting in 2019 to guide clients through complex legal landscapes across various industries. From structuring startups and negotiating contracts to advising international groups on headquartering, regulatory compliance, gaming frameworks and taxation, Michaella and her team bring a practical, business-focused approach to every legal challenge in both traditional and emerging industries.
