Jovanna Yiouselli is a professional with extensive experience in economic diplomacy and international relations. Currently employed at the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, she focuses on fostering bilateral and regional collaborations to enhance economic relations by encompassing policy making, creating synergies, and implementing strategies. With a background that spans various roles, including positions at the High Commission of India and the Embassy of Ireland, Jovanna brings a wealth of expertise to her work. She has also served in significant capacities, including roles including the United Nations in New York—both in the UN Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs (UNDPA) and the UN Population Fund (UNFPA), the Permanent Mission of Cyprus to the United Nations and the Cyprus Trade Center in New York. Jovanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, a Master’s in European Union Law, and has completed a Post Baccalaureate Business Program at Columbia University. Passionate about cultural preservation and inclusivity, Jovanna recently co-founded Project M, an initiative dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the traditions and languages of minorities in Cyprus.
