Ms. Elia Nicolaou is a highly versatile and accomplished professional with over 25 years of extensive experience and dynamic leadership in Business Development, International Corporate and Fund Structuring, ESG Consulting, Securitizations and Corporate Management.
She currently serves as the Managing Director of Amicorp (Cyprus) Ltd, while also holding the position of Head of Group ESG Services, where she leads strategic initiatives focused on global corporate structuring and sustainable business practices.
Throughout her distinguished career, she has served on the Boards of numerous global listed and privately held companies as well as various professional and industry associations.
Ms. Nicolaou is also an experienced speaker and moderator, having actively participated in a wide array of international conferences, where she shares insights on corporate governance, ESG, investment structures, and regulatory developments.
