I have been practicing law in Cyprus since 2010, specializing in commercial and corporate law, real estate law and immigration and global mobility. 

In relation to the real estate industry I was involved in numerous cases of sale and purchase of properties, either residential or commercial, lease agreements, assignment agreements etc. It is always important to obtain a professional legal advice for property law matters as they are complicated and the real estate market is increased in the last few years and is still increasing.

I was also involved on complex corporate and commercial transactions, particularly on the acquisition and disposal of businesses, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate arrangements. I advise on and draft a wide range of commercial agreements as well as agreements/documents related to the acquisition of real estate.
