Elia holds a PhD in Informatics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece) focusing on Process Mining. She also holds a BSc in Computer Science with specialization in Information Systems from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Cyprus. She is equipped with more than 12 years of general professional experience, 6 of which are focused in in delivering services for the implementation of technology projects for various local and global organizations ranging from budgets of €10K – €8M. She specializes in the provision of tailor-made advisory services to private and public sector clients relating, among others, to business analysis, requirements definition and process mining, improvement and reengineering activities. She has also created and delivered material for multiple trainings/seminars in the Public and Private sector. Finally, Elia is a member of the She-Experts platform of the Mediterranean Institute of Gender Studies in the fields of Computing and Information Technology.
